The starting route takes USDT ERC-20 on Ethereum and pays native BTC on Bitcoin mainnet. Having USDT on TRON or another network does not match this deposit. Select the network where your USDT is actually held before requesting the quote and creating the order.
A self-custody Ethereum wallet normally needs ETH to send USDT. Keep that gas balance separate from the USDT deposit amount. Your Bitcoin receiving address and Ethereum refund address are not interchangeable. After the token deposit, track the separate Bitcoin payout; seeing an Ethereum transaction alone does not prove BTC delivery.
