Crypto payout not received? Separate broadcast from wallet display
Use the payout transaction, rather than the deposit transaction, to investigate converted funds that have not appeared. Establish whether a successful transfer reached the intended address on the selected destination network, then check how the receiving wallet or platform displays and credits it.

DIAGNOSIS FIRST
Identify what actually happened
There are three different questions: was the payout broadcast, did the intended transfer succeed, and has the receiver displayed or credited it? A hash answers only which transaction to inspect. A successful transaction also needs to contain the expected asset transfer to the correct recipient.
SAFE NEXT ACTIONS
Work through the evidence in order
- 01Look for the payout hash in the existing order. If none is available, record the current status and ask official exchange support about that order when it needs attention.
- 02Check the payout hash and its confirmation or finality state using the destination network's tools. For Monero, an explorer can show inclusion but cannot verify the recipient or amount; use the receiving wallet or transaction-specific payment evidence. A pending or failed transaction is not a completed delivery.
- 03Where transfer details are public, find the transfer to your destination and compare its asset and amount with the order. For tokens, verify the contract or mint and token-transfer recipient, not just the main To field. For Monero, make the recipient and amount checks in the receiving wallet or with payment evidence.
- 04For a self-custody wallet, select the correct account and network. Where balances are public, compare the explorer with the wallet display and follow official token-display instructions using the verified contract if needed. For Monero, check the wallet's incoming payment record rather than a public address balance. Never share your recovery phrase or spend key to obtain payment verification.
- 05For a custodial destination, check its accepted asset, network, confirmation requirement and memo or tag instructions. If the correct transfer succeeded but the account remains uncredited, contact that receiving service through its official support channel.
KEEP THIS EVIDENCE
- Order ID, current order status and payout transaction hash
- Destination-network explorer link where available and transaction result; wallet record or payment evidence for Monero
- Actual receiving address and transferred amount; token contract or mint where applicable
- Any memo or destination tag used, plus the receiver's matching deposit instructions
STOP BEFORE YOU DO THIS
- Do not investigate the deposit hash as if it were the payout.
- Do not send another exchange deposit to fix a wallet display problem.
- Do not import a token using a contract supplied by an unsolicited message.
- Do not share your seed phrase, private key or private tracking link in public support posts.
SITUATION-SPECIFIC FAQ
Answers before you escalate
Open a ticketThe payout transaction succeeded. Why is my wallet empty?
First verify that the expected asset reached your address, using the receiving wallet or payment evidence for Monero rather than a public balance lookup. Then check the wallet's account, network and token display where applicable. A custodial service also applies its own supported-asset and crediting requirements.
Can importing a token move it onto another network?
No. Importing a token only makes a supported balance visible in the wallet. Use the network on which the payout actually arrived and verify the contract before adding it.
Should I contact the exchange or the receiving platform?
Start with exchange support when the payout has no hash, failed or does not match the order. When the correct transfer succeeded but a custodial account is uncredited, the receiving platform needs the payout evidence to investigate.
